Main responsabilités :
● To deliver or collect machines for after sale and hire fleet customers.
● Performance of repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance program and quotation job on site.
● Conduct Training for Operators on the correct method of operation and daily check maintenance of the new and hired fleet machine on site.
● Assist PE inspection for sale and hire machine fleet on site.
● Any other technical related aspects as and when required.
● Responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within the work area. Assists in planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customers.
● Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.
● General service report writing for internal and external customers.
● Ensure the excellence of services by strictly adhering to company standards and policies
● Thoroughly follow up on all open technical issues until the problems are fully resolved
● To travel and carry out machine troubleshooting, repair work or rectification and servicing jobs onsite.
● Write and submit service reports to customers based on the job done.
● Work as a team to maintain and expand customer base.
● Collaborate with the team to manage and schedule service calls effectively.
● To record and submit all service data and reports as and when required
● To provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve product issues.
● To carry out machine diagnostic using special diagnostic tools such as,
-Manipad Diagnostic Tool
-I.V Special Tools
-Boom Lift / Scissors Lift Diagnostic Calibrator Tool
● To utilize Manitou, Genie, JLG & Skyjack diagnostic tools
EDUCATION:
- Higher Nitec in Mechanical or Automotive.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of field service support.
- Ability to work independently.
- Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic System troubleshooting skill.
- Experience working with a wide range of brands and models in the aerial equipment industry.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
- Proven experience in servicing boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other aerial work platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Requirement:
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
