Kitchen Technician

About the role

Duty Technician

The Duty Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining all engineering operations within the hotel. He/she will ensure compliance with maintenance standards, monitor supplies, and respond to emergency breakdowns while aligning with hotel policies.

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel guestrooms and key machinery, ensuring upkeep from air conditioning to refrigeration functions flawlessly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the hotel’s power plant systems, including heating, air conditioning, and power.
• Follow hotel policies and corporate guidelines to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

What you bring

• Preferably a Diploma holder in Building/Facilities Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year as Building/Facilities Technician with hands-on experience, preferably in a hospitality or facilities-related field, will be an added advantage
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems in a hotel or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technician (Building Maintenance) to join our team.
