Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement department procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Oversee and coordinate the daily engineering operations, including conducting routine inspections and maintenance of machinery
• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Supervise engineering staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Prepare preventative and maintenance schedules
• Identify and address potential issues before they result in equipment failure or downtime
• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and manage work orders
• Manage inventory of maintenance equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience and knowledge

TECHNICIAN / SENIOR TECHNICIAN $2,500 + BENEFITS @ Tagore Lane

• Min 2 years experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of M&E and estate functions.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintain general cleanliness in the building and around the perimeters.
• NITEC (electrical).
• 5.5 day week.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair electrical machines.
• Identify and diagnose issues with machinery to perform timely repairs.

• Assist with the development of existing or new machines.
• Helps in the sourcing of machine parts and liaise with vendors when required.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
