Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient repair and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate service calls, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure prompt response to emergency repair requests.

3. Technical Expertise

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in air conditioning systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

4. Customer Satisfaction:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

5. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor expenses, analyse budget variances, and implement cost-saving measures.

6. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

7. Inventory Management:

• Manage and control the inventory of spare parts and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of required materials for repairs.

8. Reporting:

• Provide updates to senior management on departmental performance and challenges.

Requirements:

• Possess a Singapore Class 3 license will be an added advantage.
• Minimum diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field; with maintenance experience in HVAC, refrigeration & M&E systems.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills.
• Experience in air-conditioning repair & maintenance.
• Strong knowledge/experience in HVAC or ACMV systems for residential or commercial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• No experience is also welcome to join as apprentice.

You will assist pharmacists in ensuring the availability of medications and facilitate patient care through processing of medication orders which includes typing, packing and basic counselling. You will also be required to prepare extemporaneous syrups.

In addition for IPAS, you will be required to handle the operation of the automation system and drug preparation for unit dose packaging and distribution to the wards.

You will also perform duties such as checking and topping up of medications in ward medication trolleys and Pyxis. You may be required to prepare and supply medications to automated dispensing machines (ADM) in the wards and operating theatres.

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science from local Polytechnic or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Pharmacy Support or equivalent
• Work experience in retail/hospital/clinic will be an advantage
