Implementation of safety policies and initiatives to ensure a conducive and Safe Environment for Users

• Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs for M&E installations
• Develop and implement fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, maintenance plan for security surveillance systems and carpark facilities to achieve highest standard of safety and security
• Requisite safety and security equipment and parts
• Follow up and investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security in RC campuses and properties

Liaison with subcontractors and vendors

• Follow through the tender, evaluation and recommendation of service or term contracts, as well as its administration and management to ensure works are carried out in accordance to planned schedules, budget and approved specifications.
• Conduct general inspection to identify services for rectification and oversee sub-contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion
• Regularly coordinate and escort the external vendors to carry out regular maintenance and fixing services accordingly to schedule or as needed
• Plan the transportation deployment of the school vehicles; and ensure maintenance and upkeep of the school vehicles.

• Remain up to date and compliant with all relevant legislation, organizational procedures and policies
• Cultivate a high performance team culture through promotion of learning and development and regular feedback on performance

Job Holder Requirements

• Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services/M&E
• Entry level to experience
• This position requires work to be performed on-site.
• Postholder must expect to be on-call and available in emergency situations to respond to facility issues during off-hours (e.g. fire alarm, power outage, security alarm, etc.).
• Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents

Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for routine quality control analyses for incoming and outgoing products.
2. Monitors process trends and product quality to ensure product quality conformance.
3. Manage laboratory inventory and ensure calibration/maintenance for lab equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
4. Establish, update, and maintain procedures and quality records to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and a safe work environment.

6. Involves R & D production, process control, new projects and troubleshooting exercises.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemistry.
Experience with chemicals and testing.

Working hours: 3 rotating shift work (3 rest day every 2 weeks)

Morning – 7am to 4pm

Afternoon – 2pm to 11pm

Night – 10.30pm to 7.30am (got night shift allowance at $14/night)

Location: CBD area

Responsibilities

The Facilities Techinican ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintainance activities. He/She conducts technical troubleshoooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace safety and Health (WSH) practices.

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer's enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Perform preventive and breakdown techinical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control

Requirements

• 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
