JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Central Warehouse operations to oversee and support the operations for our Value-Added Service (VAS) Operations. This primarily includes secondary packaging of therapeutic products in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. • Assist Facilities Executive & officer to execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress.
• Assist Facilities Executive & officer to attend to tenant’s feedback on the building and related facilities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
• Effectively applies safe and economical methodolgyand enforces project standards

Job Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

Pest Control Technician

• 5.5 Day (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm)
