IT
● Configuring laptops and printers.
● Monitoring the school's WiFi software.
● Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to laptops, printers, and projectors.
● Setting up of School Printer ID for staff as every staff needs to have 1 printer ID to access the printer.
● Manage and Reset Printing Quotas
● Ensure all laptops collected from resigned staff are properly reformatted and reset to prepare them for future use.
Procurement
● Managing school purchases, sourcing suppliers, and obtaining quotations.
● Maintain an accurate inventory of all school supplies, including stationery, teaching materials, IT equipment, and maintenance items.
● Conduct regular stock-taking and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Facility
● Overseeing school maintenance and coordinating with contractors and building management.
Human Resources
● Conduct thorough reference checks for prospective employees to verify their previous employment.
● Validate educational credentials provided by prospective employees during the onboarding.
● Verify with medical institutions, to confirm the validity of medical certificates
● To ensure accurate attendance tracking and compliance by monitoring staff attendance records in the biometric and HR systems and ensuring all staff adhere to clock-in requirements.
● Handle IT Asset Issuance and Exit Clearance
● Any other duties as assigned by the director and management
Requirements:
● Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
● Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
● Proactive and takes the initiative to address issues and improve processes
● Proficiency in Google Workspace.
● Able to speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
