Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.

• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals

• Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS

• Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

• Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.

• Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.

• Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.

• Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.

• Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent

• Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous

• HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Branded Goods Repair Specialist to join our team. The Branded Goods Repair Specialist will be responsible for repairing and restoring branded goods, such as luxury handbags, watches, and accessories, to their original condition or specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnostic Assessment:Perform thorough diagnostic assessments of branded goods to identify issues and repair requirements.
   Evaluate the extent of damage and determine the best course of action for repair.
   
2. Repair and Restoration:Execute repairs on branded goods, including but not limited to stitching, patching, polishing, and replacing hardware.
   Perform restoration work to bring items back to their original condition, including cleaning, refinishing, and refinishing surfaces.
   
3. Parts Sourcing:Source and procure genuine replacement parts and materials required for repairs and restoration.
   Ensure authenticity and quality of replacement parts and materials used.
   
4. Craftsmanship:Demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail in all repair and restoration work.
   Maintain the integrity and quality of branded goods throughout the repair process.
   
5. Quality Control:Conduct quality checks on repaired items to ensure they meet brand standards and customer expectations.
   Address any issues or discrepancies identified during quality control inspections.
   
6. Customer Communication:Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates, timelines, and updates on the status of their items.
   Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers regarding repair options and maintenance tips.
   
7. Documentation:Maintain detailed records of repair and restoration work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and costs.
   Generate repair reports and documentation for customers and internal records.
   
8. Equipment Maintenance:Ensure all repair equipment and tools are properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.
   Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.

• Working experience in a Chemical / Refinery plant an added advantage
• Training will be provided.
