Job Descriptions:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel and gasoline engines used in construction and excavation machinery.

Diagnose and repair issues with construction machinery, including loaders, bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Ensure that all equipment complies with safety standards.

Conduct thorough inspections of machinery to identify faults or potential issues. Use diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

Implement and adhere to scheduled preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance and repairs. Ensure that all equipment is operated and maintained safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training or certification in mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a mechanic, with hands-on experience in engine repair, cranes and excavator operation, and construction equipment maintenance.

Must be very familiar with XCMG machines.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect panels and electrical systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
• Conduct regular tests to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure that electrical panels and systems meet the required standards and specifications.
• Document electrical panel specifications, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with shipyard for the installation, commissioning and testing of all electrical systems and panels.
• Hands on testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of all supplied electrical systems and panels.
• Work in cooperation with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that supplied systems pass all relevant class surveys and inspections.
• Produce and document all necessary paperwork for class certifications during commissioning process.

Workshop Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of all items in the workshop inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.

Receiving and Dispatch:

• Receive incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Verify the accuracy of received items against purchase orders.
• Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.

Organizing and Storing:

• Arrange and organize materials in the workshop store for easy accessibility.
• Implement an efficient storage system to maximize space utilization.
• Label and categorize items to facilitate quick retrieval.

Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment:

• Keep the workshop area clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
• Adhere to safety protocols when handling, working with and storing materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines in all electrical activities.
• Conduct regular safety checks on electrical systems to mitigate potential hazards.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure that workshop equipment, such as tools, machineries, shelves and racks, are in good condition.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the relevant department.

Requirements

• Able to read drawings and terminate central cables.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Electrical main switchboard.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Possession of a Class 3 Driving Licence or WSQ Forklift Operator Licence is advantageous.
• Prior work experience in shipyard is advantageous.

The Pest Control Technician conducts inspections at clients' premises for potential pest infestations. He/She performs pest control tasks such as fogging, misting and baiting. He/She ensures the safety operation of pest control equipment and use of chemicals. He/She explains problems to clients and shares solutions with them. He/She is required to work outdoor at times. He/She travels from place to place to conduct pest control activities.

• Check place for pest infestation.
• Do pest inspection reports.
• Find areas of pest infestation and ways to deal with the problem.
• Guide clients on proper housekeeping ways.
• In charge of pest control equipment.
• Inform clients on likely causes of pest infestation.
• Take proper pest control actions to solve problems found.
• Use chemicals safely on affected areas

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out timely and according to planned schedule as per the agreed Response, Delivery and Completion Time.

· Manage subcontractors or parties engaged by Client for the Facility Management Services in various specific disciplines.

· Effectively maintain the respective systems.

· Able to read technical/architectural drawings and diagrams

· Troubleshooting and repair for building related issues eg tiles crack, leaking, paint peel, collapsed false ceiling, wall cracks, door lock faulty, hinges faulty, door faulty, floor finishes, tap leaking, pipe burst, sensor faulty, floor trap choke and etc

· Support and assist in all projects (install, resolve, repair, trouble-shoot) etc.

· Attend to site show rounds conducted.

· Ensure that all his technical team and direct contractor appointed or Contractor’s subcontractors follow Client’s QEHS ISO requirements and Statutory Requirements.

· Undertake any other related duties stipulated.

· Install and test new products, as well as demonstration to clients on the use and maintenance of installed equipment

· Able to write service reports after job completion

Job Requirements:

· Higher Nitec or Nitec with minimum 5 years relevant experience or National Certificate NTC 2 from Institute of Education or Construction Industry Training Institute CITI high certificate with minimum 3 years relating to building and building services maintenance , relevant experience or equivalent;

· All technicians shall have general competency in the use of computer, Outlook emails and the following application Software; MS office, especially MS Outlook express, Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), MS Word and MS Power point.

Job Description

• Perform maintenance servicing, parts replacement and minor repair work to lifts in accordance to the schedule
• Observe safety work procedures and ensure proper keeping and use of tools
• Perform standby works when required
• Follow up on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required
• Report to the superiors on all matters relating to team
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical /Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Lift Industry or similar field

Responsibilities :

• To conduct preventive maintenance to machines and equipment.
• To sustain and maintain machines/equipment and to perform corrective maintenance.
• To perform troubleshooting.
• To monitor machines and equipment operational performance & condition.
• Day to day operations that include installation, inspection etc

Requirements :

• Min O’ level / NTC / Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Relevant experiences in machine repairing/ maintenance are welcome.
• A good team player and able to work independently
• Able to communicate with Chinese Speaking Clients & Staffs
