If you are looking for an opportunity as a Technician, Emerson has a great opportunity for you! The Assistant Technician will assist the Service Engineers and Supervisor in their day to day service jobs.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Collection and delivery of valves for servicing, to and fro customer sites.
· Perform all general dismantling, cleaning, loading and unloading of valves.
· Keep records of gate passes and signed Delivery Note.
· Ensure all valves tally with physical valves collected.
· Perform tagging on all valves and touch up painting after servicing.
· Perform housekeeping.
· Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or operation manager.
Who You Are:
You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You know to prepare for unexpected outcomes and try different solutions. You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships.
For This Role, You Will Need:
· 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and hands-on skills.
· Class 3 license and able to drive commercial lorry, forklift and stacker.
· Able to read and communicate in English.
· Basic computer skills e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Excel and company software.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· NITEC / Higher NITEC or ITE.
