Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performs maintenance and inspection of electrical system and equipmen
2. Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
3. Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required .
4. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
5. Performing equipment material and routine site inspections.
6. Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors managers and staff
7. Working closely with workers and other professionals
8. Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction
9. Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.
10. This is not an executive job, ready to work in project Provide technical advice and assistance to the overall project team as appropriate including Commissioning and Service.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum experience 07 (Seven) years in relevant field
3. Excellent communication skill
4. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
5. Expert in site Documentation & site work preparation
6. Ready to work after regular working hours.
7. During handover the job Saturday, Sunday even public holiday able to work.
8. Sometimes have to work for day or night shift
