Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CCTV / Electrical Wiring / Cabling installation/ Electronic Circuit/ Door Access System
• Assist in Delivery, installation and troubleshooting of Safe/ Vault Equipment/ Compactus
• Site coordination for Performing Daily Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Position Title: Assistant Facilities Engineer
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Incentive + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor everyday activities related to facilities and manage repair tasks.
• Identify issues with equipment or facilities and perform simple repairs.
• Oversee the work of vendors and maintenance staff to ensure all facilities are working correctly.
• Obtain and finalize permits needed for vendors to carry out their work.
• Keep all on-site facilities in excellent condition, making sure all maintenance records are accurately completed and processed.
• Take on unique projects or tasks as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
• Train Facility Technicians, improving their understanding and skills in maintenance systems.
• Lead investigations to find out why equipment or facilities have failed.
• Develop maintenance schedules to prevent future equipment or facility issues.
• Regularly inspect and uphold all operating equipment and facilities to ensure they meet service standards.
