Job Description

• Deploy and maintain on-site data center physical infrastructure.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot cables and hardware components.
• Handle and secure data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, SSDs).
• Operate within a ticket-based system to resolve issues.
• Move equipment safely using pallet jacks or lifting tools.
• Support inventory management and shipping/receiving during peak times.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or non-standard hours as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and infrastructure components.
• At least 6 months of experience handling technical equipment or machinery.
• 1+ year of experience in IT support or related fields.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, Basic Structured Cabling).
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and lift, including working at heights when necessary.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow in technical expertise.

Education/Experience

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year of IT support or monitoring experience (fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome).
