Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the machines and company equipments operational performance and condition
• Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipments as per schedule
• Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
• Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipments
• Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
• Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
• Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
• Managing, delegating and training the maintenance group
• Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager

Accountable

• Meeting department quality objectives
• Ensure maximized machine uptime
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize machine down time
• Ensure sustainable continuous improvement initiatives are carried out on machine, equipment and facilities

Job Requirements

Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of precision machining machineries, equipment and facilities
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance on machineries and equipment
• Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety

Education, Experience & Training

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
• 5 years experiences in machine repair and maintenance

Training Requirements

• Quality Management and its related Quality Procedures

• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on equipment and systems at client premises
• Perform mechanical assembly and modification of production components using various tools and equipment
• Support production processes and inventory management, ensuring compliance with established procedures
• Collaborate with engineers on project management, equipment installation, and maintenance services
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain productive working relationships with team members
• Meet production output and quality requirements while handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

As a security professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing security and surveillance for our clients by deploying and maintaining state-of-the-art physical security systems and equipment and providing exceptional technical support.

• Perform routine maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, wiring, and recording devices.
• Replace faulty components and repair or replace damaged cables as needed.

• Provide technical support to clients, assisting with system operation, user training, and troubleshooting.

• To Understand conditioning method and positive-reinforcement training.

Requirements

• Vector Control Operator, Vector Control Technician (VCT) and Vector Control Worker (VCW) licensed/certified.
• 2 years working experience in pest control, physically fit and healthy to work outdoors and carry out potentially strenuous jobs, able to work diligently with minimal supervision
• Creativity for the design of mechanical traps.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to free aviaries of rats.
