About the job
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join us to support our GPs and clinic staff on the frontlines across our 16 clinics and counting.
This is a full-time onsite role. If you’re a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude and a service-oriented mindset, we want you!
You will be responsible for facilities management of our clinics and our corporate offices.
The Role
Manage and plan maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works for smooth operations of clinics and offices
Track and monitor maintenance programs and schedules
Ensure all systems (fire safety, M&E, etc.) within clinics and offices run smoothly and safely
Ensure external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations and safety guidelines
Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works
Monitor building systems breakdown, defects, and shutdowns
Conduct inspections to ensure that properties are well maintained
Prepare monthly reports to management
Any other facilities management duties assigned
The Person
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in related Facility Management or similar
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management / Engineering / Building / Real Estate or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
