Maintain QC Document Control and lead in investigation

• Review and approval of controlled Quality Control documents including but not limited to specifications, procedures, work instructions, validation protocols, equipment software audit trials, stability worksheets, data integrity logs and validation reports.
• Ensure department documents and procedures are up to date and reflect current practice; revising procedures & processes when needed.
• Performs investigations for laboratory out of specification (OOS), out of trend (OOT) questionable results, quality event, CAPA and complaint related to testing, safety related incidents and/or processes related to the QC laboratory.

Maintain Quality, Regulatory and Safety Compliance

• Understands regulatory requirements for 21 CFR 820, ISO 17025, EXCiPACT, GLP, GMP including USP/EP/BP/JP/ChP general practices and procedures.
• Proactively maintains current industry and regulatory knowledge for medical devices, ISO 17025, GMP principles and current analytical methodology.
• Enforce prescribed local safety rules and regulations related to QC laboratory; insure that work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly condition in the work environment; to perform safety and security procedures to open and close buildings and facilities.

Customer Centric

• Work with external customers, regulatory agents and vendors during audits and site visits.
• Work and collaborate with internal stakeholders to insure successful visits and audits

QC Decision Making for Operation

• Assist in determining priority of urgent items and appropriate action plan to effectuate priority.
• Drive all QC decision making in approve rejections and rework actions as recommended by Quality Control Technicians.

• Performs other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned to drive growth, operational excellence and organization goals.

• Coordinates, provides and supervises scaffolding processes and ensures that the scaffold is erected, installed, re-positioned, altered, or dismantled in accordance with the regulations and comply to Project Scaffolding Manual

Job Description

• Ensures that only trained & qualified scaffold erectors are allowed to erect, alter or dismantle work involving scaffold activities.
• Ensures all scaffold matrials are of good condition fit for their purpose and of the correct type and standard approved by MOM for the company's use.
• Ensures scaffolding is built to requirements and procedures.
• Ensures all workers have been briefed on the hazard of scaffold erected, installed, re-positioned, altered, or dismantled.
• Ensures all staff has the correct PPE for scaffold erected, installed, re-positioned, altered or dismantled
• Coordinates and supervises closely all scaffolding work activities between PMT (Structual, Piping, EIT, Mechanical, Lifting, Architectural, Blasting/Painting, HVCA, Maintenance, Commissioning, Weighing, Sea Fastening, Load Out and other trades) and subcontractor.
• Monitors the subcontractor for daily erection / dismantiling / modification of scaffolding.
• Enforces safe work practices at job sites. Monitors and ensure workers work in a safety manner and all scaffolding on the job site are in good and safe confition.
• Attends PSCC (Project Safety Coordination Committee) Meeting. Join daily inspections, weekly Management inspection and Client Audit.
• Monitors and reports scaffolding safety aspects of the project to the Scaffold Supervisor / HSE Personnel.
• Ensures scaffold is being inspected / register tags & check list by the subcontractors and safe for use.
• Responsible for the time keeping of subcontractor's workforce
• Responsible for the good housekeeping for all the shops and erection sites.
• Responsible to stop; if any violation by the subcontractors against the HSE or Quality
