Qualifications:

• Skills: Proficient in customer engagement, basic merchandising, and visual skills.
• Leadership: Proven ability to hire, develop, train, and motivate all levels of associates.
• Communication: High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Autonomy: Ability to work with minimal supervision and a willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Physical Requirements: Capable of standing/walking for a full shift, climbing ladders, and lifting a minimum of 10 pounds.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns. Liaise with IRAS during GST audits.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
