Job Description

• Position Title: Production Maintenance Technician/ Chemical Process Technician
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
• Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + Transport Allowance + Code of Conduct Allowance + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hydrogen peroxide purification to meet targets and quality standards.
• Operate ammonium hydroxide mixing processes within set targets and quality norms.
• Manage operations including Ultra-Pure Water System maintenance, Waste-Water System upkeep and Utilities Equipment operations (Chillers, Water Tanks, Compressors, FFW, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair process equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production items.
• Calibrate production instruments and equipment.
• Enhance process efficiency and operation lines.
• Compile and prepare progress and statistical reports using checksheets and datasheets.
• Inspect production areas and take corrective action as needed.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by superiors.

• At least Nitec in any Engineering.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of related experience. However, inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

1. 3 years carpenter experience and above only

2. Meet customer/designer to discuss carpentry design

3. Able to do sketches upon measurement

4. Take onsite measurement and calculate material required for the works

5. Able to assemble and install carpentry

6. Able to repair or touch up work to ensure hand over

7. Able to operate tools, machines and other equipment

8. Good time management and teamwork spirits
