Responsibility:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our wholesale trade business. This role involves managing the distribution and logistics of a wide range of products, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes. This position requires a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth operations, effectively lead a team, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, timely order processing, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to meet performance goals, providing coaching and regular feedback.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, handle customer inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee logistics, ensuring efficient transportation and timely deliveries while monitoring costs.
- Support the sales team, assist in developing business opportunities, and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and resolve any quality issues with suppliers or internal teams.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
- Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
