5. Record operation events and challenges in the Daily Operation book and follow up to resolve any reported incident.
6. Record laundry incidents such as Laundry Damage claims and Lost & Found Items.

• Take full ownership of Operation maintenance and upkeep of all laundry equipment.

1. Ensure the operation staff performs daily housekeeping on the laundry machinery/equipment area.
2. Coordinate with Operations Manager and Engineering team to execute routine maintenance of machinery/equipment.
3. Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Engineering team to complete outstanding repairs of machinery/equipment.

1. Liaise with customers on Express laundry and ensure items are returned on time.
2. Attend to customers’ inventory, customers’ rewash items, and customers’ missing and damaged items.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field or operations environment.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation

• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising

• Check and ensure all cleaning equipment are always in functional and good condition. Report to the Facilities if any equipment needs to be serviced or repaired.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment
• Conduct routine safety inspections
• Ensure service providers engaged comply with the safety regulations, e.g. landscaping and pest control
• Arrange and give sufficient health and safety related trainings and guidance to the cleaning team
• Liaise with authorities as and when necessary, e.g. NEA
• Stock-take and inventory management of supplies and equipment, wirings, accessories, supplies to avoid any shortages
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained including but not limited to service/breakdown log, occurrence and incident reports and staff training records and instruction logs.
