Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Inventory stock and reorder when necessary
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales
• Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions

Job Description & Requirements

1. Food Preparation and Assembly:Prepare attractive and nutritious meals by assembling food items according to recipes and department standards.
   Use proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and quality.
2. Cleanliness and Sanitation:Maintain cleanliness in food service aisles, storage areas, and workspaces.
   Monitor food stock rotation, discarding expired or spoiled items promptly.
   Follow hygiene protocols for cleaning and sanitation.
3. Customer Service:Respond positively to customer inquiries and assist with purchases, information, and product selection.
   Serve customers at the food service counter.
4. Sales and Labor Management:Prepare weekly sales and labor projections to maximize profits.
   Manage food service staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
5. Financial Responsibilities:Balance the food service general ledger and maintain office supplies, including uniforms.
