• Min.3 years of maintenance experience in a related field, ideally within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Have basic knowledge of process control, refrigeration, boilers, steam systems, pumps, heat exchangers, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and industrial safety practices.
• Experience in electrical work or water treatment is an advantage.
• Willing to work OT on Sat.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Cargo & Container Leasing
• Position Title: Maintenance & Repair Manager / M&R Manager
• Working Location: Bugis
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical management of the tank containers within a defined geographic area (Asia)
• Arrange and coordinate timely delivery of the repair and modification estimates supplied by the depot workshops
• Evaluate correctness and ensure complete and accurate administration
• Coordinate and/or conduct the surveys and inspections on the tank containers
• Coordinate the repair process at the depots and monitor the progress of repairs and modifications
• Monitor cost control of the service providers in your region
• Provide Technical support/troubleshooting when needed
• Control of the stock and repair overviews
• Build and maintain a working relationship with the service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Perform Depot audits as required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
