· Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.

· To ensure all Reach trucks & equipment are in good working condition.

· Able to coordinate daily work activities & prepare all customers’ orders for deliveries.

· Organize and maintain Goods Inventory records and maximize storage areas.

· Plan & Organize to deploy Storekeepers in their daily work assignments effectively.

· Monitor & supervise daily work activities. Ensure all Storekeepers follow strictly to working hours & break-time.

· They have to arrange for the goods to be unloaded and safely stored away in the correct Cold-room location.

· Recommend & implement measures to improve quality of service. Increase efficiency & good communication between inter-departments.

· Continuously improve warehouse operations through correct work and safe practices.

· Maintain good recording keeping for work activities & equipment.

· To perform any other ad-hoc duties as & when required by Superior.

As a Project Supervisor for Fire Alarm Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarm systems. You will manage the day-to-day operations of fire alarm projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and installers during fire alarm projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule fire alarm installation and maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with all local fire safety regulations, standards, and codes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of work to ensure the highest standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, inspections, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supervising fire alarm installation or related projects.
• Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, safety codes, and regulations (e.g., NFPA standards).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in budgeting and resource allocation is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems or safety are a plus (e.g., NICET).
• Ability to work in both office and field environments, as needed.
