Responsibilities:
Be competent in actual plant operation, and support and assist the shift supervisors and production technicians in the production of EVOH.
Monitor and maintain utility supply system operation.
Arrange disposal of waste products with authorized waste handling companies.
Control raw materials inventories
Prepare equipment for maintenance and commissioning of equipment.
Work with Maintenance Department on Transition and shutdown maintenance planning
Review and update all standard operating procedures, training manual and conduct classroom and on the job training for process technicians.
Lead safety activities for PPE, 5S, KY and other safety exercise for technicians.
Support the orientation, training and supervision and evaluation of newly employed and existing production personnel according to the Total Company Training Plan and production demands.
Manage the training of production technicians to achieve the standards required of HSEQ policy and its compliance system i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SS 651.
Participate in continual and process improvement.
