Responsibilities and Authority

- Provide site support to the client for installation, commissioning and maintenance matters;

- Prepare and compile site documentation such as installation and commissioning reports, service reports, factory and site acceptance test reports, manufacturer data book, etc.

- Lead discussions with client team, suppliers, and Anaergia engineering team to resolve site issues in a timely manner;

- Supervise site work done by Anaergia’s suppliers and contractors;

- Read, analyze and understand the contract, meeting (but not exceeding) Anaergia obligations;

- Estimate, develop and agree on job schedule and budget with the PM;

- Manage, meet and possibly improve the budget and the schedule;

- Monitor the functionality of all plant components during commissioning phase;

- Early identification of project risks for and early adoption of appropriate countermeasures;

- Manage relationship with the clients operators for operating issues and organization of tasks, including technical correspondence, leaving to the PM the management of contractual related communication;

- Work with the engineering team to prepare and deliver the O&M manual for customer;

- Training to the operators/ clients regarding the daily operating business

- Manage the tests of components and prepare all test protocols;

- Support applications engineering team with estimating commissioning services

- Feed-back the office-based team (pe/pm/ae/etc.) With lesson learned for continuous improvement;

The CMEs are authorized to:

- Sign correspondence to customers within the limits agreed (communication plan);

The CMEs are responsible for the rigorous application of the company rules with regard to the project development, the accuracy of reported data and the respect of the contractual/agreed deadlines.

The start-up represents a critical phase in respect of the safety risks; the CMEs are called to respect all general and project-specific safety rules, applying and ensuring application of all prescriptions at the best of their possibility/authority. It is also CME’s responsibility to ensure that all the people involved and engaged in commissioning activities, are adequately trained with regard to the activity are called to perform;

The CMEs are responsible to notify all misses and eventually claim for stopping activity in case of severe negligence/risks.

Competences

Education The CMEs hold a degree in:

- Civil Engineering

- Or equivalent practical experience

Experience: at least 3 years of relevant experience in the waste treatment/ anaerobic digestion/ wastewater treatment field with experience working as a site engineer, commissioning engineer or maintenance engineer.

Technical experiences And Skills

- Fully skilled in reading and understanding technical drawings, documents, specification, P&IDs, Control narratives, Cause-effect diagrams;

- Attended Safety related courses required for site work, such as BCSS or CSCPM or SWSHCP

- Experienced in training resources on safety and technical matters

- Manage basic relationship with the Customers;

- Experienced in leading and coordinating work with external vendors;

CABIN AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN

• To carry out routine aircraft servicing tasks as required in accordance with maintenance manual procedures, observing all safety procedures and manufacturers/company regulations. • Plan and schedule routine maintenance, including managing shutdowns and turn-ons.
• Attend to maintenance requests and provide 24/7 emergency standby support.
• Issue work orders and provide status updates to the Facilities Support Coordinator.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Company as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical & electrical installation and facility maintenance.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Handle building maintenance works to ensure minimum downtime;
• Source, coordinate, and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for repair & maintenance and improvement works;
• Supervise team and ad-hoc contractors on building maintenance, such as air-con & lift maintenance, landscaping and pest control, etc.;
• Review preventive maintenance program, and recommend improvement;
• Ensure safety policies are enforced and compliance;
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or NITEC level in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
• Problem-solving skills, well-organized, and willing to dirty your hand;
• English and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Chinese counterparts;

Job Summary

The role is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facilities. The primary objective of the Maintenance Technician is to minimize downtime, maintain operational efficiency, and contribute to a safe working environment.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance:

a) To perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and able to repair basic equipment including mechanical and electrical systems.

b) Diagnose basic to intermediate troubleshoot problems and implement appropriate solutions to restore equipment functionality.

c) Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.

d) Perform preventive maintenance work assigned.

2. Facility Upkeep:

a) Conduct regular inspections of the facility, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns.

b) Coordinate and perform basic to intermediate repairs and adjustments to maintain a safe and well-maintained working environment.

c) Minimize downtime due to equipment breakdown.

3. Safety and Compliance:

a) Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks to ensure the safety of oneself and others.

b) Collaborate with relevant departments to address safety and compliance concerns promptly.

4. Equipment Installation and Calibration:

a) Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, machinery, or systems.

b) Support basic to intermediate process modification and project.

5. Inventory Management:

a) Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for routine maintenance and repairs.

b) Works with Maintenance inventory and facility team to order and restock supplies as needed to minimize downtime.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

a) Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to address complex maintenance issues and projects.

b) Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and management regarding maintenance status, updates, and recommendations.

7. Training and Development:

a) To provide basic training to new and unskilled technician

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O level or equivalent; diploma/certificate or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role that strong in electrical

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools , experience in pump / gear box or motor repair will be at advantage

• Ability to diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities and proactive work attitude

• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations

• Flexibility to work on-call or during off-hours, if necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint, add advantage if familiar with CMMS
