• Oversee and monitor daily operation activity to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity
• Manage daily operation budget and expenses
• Manage daily manpower deployment schedule and duties assignment
• Represent management and assist supervisor to communicate and rectify daily work matter with client's management as required
• Prepare daily operation performance report inclusive of risk assessment (if required)
• Ensure that all protocol and safe work procedures are adhered by all staff on site daily

• Willing to work on public holiday or rotating shift
• Possess Forklift operator license or certification will be an advantage
• Certification on risk assessment and workplace safety will be an advantage
• Willing to work night shift and split shift or rotating shift, if required.
• Willing to work OT on public holiday and weekend
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Ensure excellent customer service by all staff members, addressing customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in all F&B areas.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure high quality. Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Foster positive working relationships with all team members. Communicate effectively with management, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel to ensure smooth operations.
