This role will ensure the smooth operation of all production equipments through maintenance of repair records, collaboration with internal and external teams, and compliance with Food Safety requirements. The role involves coordinating maintenance tasks, managing inventories, analyzing data for process optimization, and maintaining documentation for audits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Management: Maintain an organized database of repair and maintenance records for all equipments, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
• Asset & Inventory Records: Track and maintain the equipment's spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for repairs.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with internal teams and external vendors to schedule and coordinate repair, maintenance, and inspection tasks.
• Schedule Monitoring: Oversee maintenance and calibration schedules, ensuring all preventive tasks are completed within established timelines.
• Process Improvement: Review and update maintenance procedures and checklists to improve efficiency in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze maintenance data, generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing maintenance processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to implement best practices for maintenance and ensure effective communication across departments.

Job Description:

- Assist HOD and supervise a team of technicians in delivering technical advices/ support to the various business units

- Actively involved in job estimation and WIP (Work-In-Progress) tracking

- Read Manual and Engineering Drawing for any re-engineering work required

- Work with engineering support section on product design, tester design, maintenance service and implement hardware and software components to integrate into in-service systems

- Manage and supervise the MRO tasks allocated to the section in supporting commercial products, company's proprietary and non-proprietary Army products

- Deliver allocated and ad-hoc tasks within stipulated timeline and cost

- Understand the concept of Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) tools such as FMEA so to achieve improvement in MRO effectiveness, reduced manpower requirements and minimized life cycle cost

- Conduct and lead failure investigations and prepare reports for problems or issues based on findings from facts, researches, studies and make necessary recommendations

- Submit investigation reports to relevant authority for approval

- Generate documents and engineering process plans to ensure operation requirements and safety standards are maintained

- Conduct technology search for MRO applications and introduce technology enablers to improve performance and quality of the repaired systems or components

- Participate in Customer meetings to gain insights to their needs and expectations, translating these requirements into deliverables where feasible

- Responsible for the training of technicians; planning, assigning, and directing work to a group of technicians; appraising, addressing complaints and resolving conflicts

- Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering

- Experience in Component MRO in related industries

- Experience in effectively leading a team of Technicians

- Experience in SAP System is advantageous

- Knowledge in Army systems will be an added advantage

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and datasheets

- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting Engine, Transmission or Gearboxes

- Competent in Mechanical/Mechatronic system

- Familiar with components testing

- Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawing and datasheets

3) Submission of staff attendance and leaves etc to office for payroll processing.

4) Monitor of food hygienic SOP practice at each food stalls and conduct random check as and when necessary.

5) Analysis the cost of goods sold and encouraging staffs to hit the monthly sales target
