Our client from the manufacturing industry is currently hiring QC Supervisor from the biomedical manufacturing industry.

The successful incumbent will assist the QC Manager to manage Quality Checks for all raw material and

finished goods as well as maintaining all Quality documentation, as well as supervising and guiding

the lab technicians. Working closely with the QC Manager on all aspects of Quality Control, in particular,

on product reliability and compliance to all established product standards and ensures that all aspects

of quality within the organization is upheld.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and coach lab technicians.
• Inspects all incoming raw material for compliance according to current standards.
• Conducts periodic checks and analysis on all WIPs.
• Retains finished product samples from production to conduct checks and analysis.
• Assist QA on failure analyses, corrective and preventive action response to customer’s complaint.
• Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification and change control.
• Assist in maintaining Product Quality and Technical File.
• Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, products, or tests.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Pharm, Biotechnology / Degree in Chemistry, Quality Assuranc
• Min minimum of 2 supervisory experience in QC
• Familiar and ensure all regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485 are adhered to.
• Familiar with exercising responsibility for proper functioning in compliance with good laboratory practice and cGMP.
• Able to commence within short notice

Working Hours: Monday to Friday : 7:45am to 4:45pm

Salary: Up to $3,500
