Administrative Duties

• Record plant operating conditions and utility meter consumption
• Document breakdowns and repair work
• Monitor spare part inventory and usage

Others

• Plan, train, and guide a team of Technical Officer ensuring they receive proper training to enhance their efficiency.
• Lead Technical Officers and contractors in executing work orders and maintenance requests
• Ensure daily operations are conducted efficiently and in an organized manner
• Assist senior engineers in system improvement proposals and provide recommendations to reduce system downtime
• Draft incident reports and update drawings and manuals

Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering field
• Proven experience in building maintenance / ACMV

Job Descriptions:

• Marketing and taking action aggressive and spontaneously to create new business
• Maintaining current customers to handle daily task efficiently
• To control the trading material stock inventory
• Attend to customer enquiry and provide sales services to customer
• Prepare quotation and liaison with customer on pricing matter
• Follow up with customer on payment issue
• Sourcing for suitable supplier for purchase of trading material
• Evaluate of supplier performance to ensure purchased products met the customer requirement
• Check P/O from customer and to supplier for trade term, payment term, price and lead time
• Follow up with customer on any arise including customer complaint
• Take proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Degree qualification
• Min 8 years of Sales and business development experience in both commodity (PP, PS. PE) and engineering plastics (ABS, SAN, ASA, PC,/ABS, POM, PBT, etc.)
• Have good knowledge of Plastic Distribution business model, good technical knowledge and connection with business partners in plastic industry
• Required to travel to Batam and JB to support existing customers, and travel to developing countries for business expansion in the future

Junior / Entry Level / No experience / Senior Welcome apply / Full Training Provided Job Description:

· Receive, unpack and check all incoming shipments. Conduct simple quality inspection.

· Pick and pack all outgoing shipments against delivery orders and any other related documentation, coordinates with courier, forwarders or local drivers.

· Performs data entries into ERP – inventory control system

· Report and notify order processing team for all discrepancies in incoming or outgoing shipments.

· Perform housekeeping duties to ensure our warehouse is kept tidy and clean

Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE “N” level

· At least 2 years working experience in warehouse operations

· PC literate with simple MS office knowledge
