Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in mixing, dividing, molding, and proofing of dough, and in baking, slicing, and wrapping of bread, pastries, and other bakery products: Examines dough and batter for specified consistency.
• 2) Reads charts of fermentation room and ovens to verify specified humidity and temperature.
• 3) Oversees operation of automatic machinery, such as rounding, curling, icing, slicing, and wrapping machines to ensure maintenance of specified quality standards and production schedules.
• 4) Sets up and adjusts wrapping and slicing machines.
• 5) Trains new workers.
• 6) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
• 7) May be designated according to product as Bread Supervisor; Cake Supervisor.

· Responsible for day-to-day operation duties

· Use system to issue DOs and Invoices.

· Process employee expense claims and ensure that claims are properly authorised.

· Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports.

· Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP

· Prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and receipts for payment & staff claim.

· Review and verify invoice from suppliers

· Receiving and issuing of stock.

· Stock arranging and updating stock into system.

· Stock replenishing ordering.

· Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of the daily delivery schedule of the drivers.

· Plan daily delivery routes and assign deliveries tasks to delivery team.

· Ensure stock are accountable updated into the system during issuing, receiving and in the warehouse.

· Monthly/Yearly inventory stock take.

· Collect cash and cheques from delivery teams.

· Ensure deliveries routes are efficiently planned with customers timing restriction in mind.

· Ensure cash and cheques collected from the delivery teams are in correct amount.

· Handling of Customer’s order, feedback, discrepancies, and issues

· Provide support in HR and administrative matters where necessary.

· Assist with ad-hoc projects when required or assigned.

· Able to communicate in English and Chinese

· Able to work night shift and split shift, and OT on weekends and public holiday
