Description

This role will include but not be limited to:

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for site facilities operation in designated buildings. Lead and control outsourced operation, maintenance and service team to follow up on preventive and reactive work orders. Ensure timely execution and completion to work orders.
• Work with engineers to drive optimisation of the allocation of resources for the maintenance activities.
• Align with all site EHS requirements and participate actively in EHS site wide program (e.g. work permit, LOTO, safety inspection). Active participation with partners to address safety concerns.
• Work with Facility Engineer to establish maintenance procedures, maintenance service contracts and maintenance programs to maintain compliance with regulatory codes, corporate and budgetary requirements, and to sustain safe, reliable and efficient operation.
• Ensure safe and quality service of all building MEP and process utility equipment include but not limited to HT/LV switch gears, MSBs and downstead electrical panels, Transformers, UPS, ATS, STS, Generators, VSDs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHUs, MAUs, FFUs, FCUs, PCW, UP/DI/RO Water Plant, Wet Scrubber, CDA, PVAC, Special Gases, Waste Water System, Fire Protection, Lighting Control System, BMS and AV equipment.

PROJECT COORDINATION

• Partner with project team to plan, complete, and track construction activities in strict compliance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, schedules, procedures, and other applicable guidelines.
• Engage with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, understand scope of project works and coordinate with internal partners to ensure all project works are being completed smoothly.
• Partner with soft services team to facilitate movement of business units before and after construction activities begin / complete.

WORKING HOURS AND EMERGENCY CALL OUT

• Shift work (4 days x 10 hours arrangement with 3 days off)

• Prepares ingredients by following recipes;slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring,whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; plating meals.

• Completes hot meal preparation by grilling,sautéing, roasting, frying, and broilingingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.

• Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures;maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required and maintains appropriate dating, labelling and rotation of all food items.

• Contributes to daily,holiday and theme menus in collaboration with supervisor.

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.

• Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and dishwashing/pot washing.

• Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.

• Implements suggestions within parameter of position and refers more complex concerns to supervisor.

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs,committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

• Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

• Maintain and manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within the budgetary limits.

• Able to cook north Indian food.

• Able to do shift work.

• Assisting with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers.

• Supervising a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.

• Manage daily operation budget and expenses

• Prepare daily operation performance report inclusive of risk assessment (if required)
• Ensure that all protocol and safe work procedures are adhered by all staff on site daily
