Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.

·Develop and implement Public Relation Programme to meet the project goals.

·Support Project team with administrative /clerical duties.

· To coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and complete on time.

· Able to converse, read & write mandarin as client only understands mandarin.

· To report the progress and quality of the overall project.

· Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers.

·Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the management deem fit.

· Work closely with project team particularly in coordination with Client eg.meetings

· Manage feedbacks and to provide recitification or solution to Project with issues.
