Job Description:

· Assist Site Manager to supervise constructions work to ensure that quality works are produced & all operations are carried out safely.

· Ensure that correct construction drawings are used.

· Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.

· Familiar with relevant legal requirement.

· Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers.

· Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.

· Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.

· Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the project plan.

· Assist the engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.

· Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.

· Ensure safety measures are met on site.

· Ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirement:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction industry required.

· At least Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· Strong communication skills with workers and subcontractors (English & Mandarin is a must).

· Preferably experience in Metal work structural.

• Working Location: Holland Village
• Salary: $2500 - $3000

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations
• Perform outlet opening and closing duties
• Take orders and attend to reservation phone calls
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas
• Perform cashering duties
• Recommend menu to customers
• Attend to customer feedback and complaints
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Working experience in F&B restaurants serving western food
• Possess a Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate
• Able to work split-shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work 5.5 days work week

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

● Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations

● Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

● Maintain quality control for all food served

● Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience

● Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly

● Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

● Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

● Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports

● Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

● Ensure that workstations are well kept and manned at all times

● Make sure that the operating hours of all restaurants & menus are up to date on all third-party platforms
