· Ensure timely delivery of all construction material.

· Review daily reports from vendors and ensure all daily activities are properly recorded in the reports prior to circulation to Project Director/Manager.

Safety

· Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.

Driving

• Drive employees to the site
• Run official errands
• Ensure the smooth running of routine and ad-hoc transport requirements
• Always ensure the cleanliness and general upkeep of vehicles

Site Supervisor

• Carry out daily site operations and supervise a team of construction workers
• Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works
• Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants
• Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan
• Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations
• Project planning and scheduling
• Any other assigned duties.

Job Specifications

• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License in order to operate the Company’s vehicle with good driving records
• Familiar with Singapore route and /or good with Google Maps
• Similar experiences will be advantages
• Able to commit to Overtime when required
