The Supervisor, Operations will lead and manage the overall operations of the warehouse.

This includes the daily warehousing, logistics and fulfillment operations, and the planning of manpower. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the work and maximizing the productivity of our warehouse and distribution functions.

• Responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, picking, packing and logistics operations.
• Oversee the overall upkeep and operations
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area and ensure physical inventory and system transaction accuracy.
• Responsible to lead warehouse operation team to meet daily planned activities.
• Inter-department coordination and liaising with Inward and Outward movements of goods.
• Schedule manpower and shifts based on the warehouse workload.
• Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required.
• Responsible for perpetual and annual stocktaking and providing periodic reports with respect for stock movements.
• Operate and demonstrate proper use of warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Management and maintenance of inventory and warehouse assets
• Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to to support a safe working environment including safe operations of equipment.
• Ensure routine maintenance and servicing are carried out for MHEs
• To ensure daily and monthly KPIs / targets are met
• Ensure compliance with Company’s project, operational, quality, regulatory, and HS&E (Health, Safety, Environment) standards, including ISO 9001, OSHAS 14000 requirements
• Manage and maintain all controlled documents for the department
• Willingness to continuously learn and embrace change
• Other duties as directed from time to time

Requirements:

• GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse Management or its equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant warehousing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to lead and manage a team in ensuring daily operational targets are met
• Experience team leader with problem-solving and continues improvement knowledge and skillset
• Able to communicate/cooperate with superiors and co-workers
• Take ownership of work assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Review & supervise safety, environmental and health matters

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS)

• Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage

• Contractor site work experience would be an advantage

• Min 3 years of experience in road works / LTA projects / viaduct / flyover
