We are seeking candidates with leadership skills to lead production staff in optimizing production schedule, output and product quality. Foster a productive, cohesive team environment and ensure that daily operations are run smoothly.

Job Description:

• Monitors machine utilization and coordinates closely with the production planner to optimize job loading and machine scheduling.
• Supervise production staff to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality productivity and maximize resources.
• Manage manpower resources and assignment of task to team members.
• Investigate the root causes of any non-conformances and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain cGMP, emphasize good 5S and compliance to ISO13485, ISO45001
• Motivate, coach and develop team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Analytical and Strong problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies
• Oversee the packing department to ensure orders are accurately and promptly prepared
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment
• Collaborate with other departments and streamline workflow

Packing Department Management

• Supervise and support the packing team to maintain order accuracy, speed, and quality
• Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate for timely replenishment
• Implement effective workflows to optimize packing processes and reduce errors

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and develop store team members, fostering a motivated and high-performing team
• Schedule staff to meet business needs while adhering to labor budget
• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in a managerial role in a Food & Beverage industry
• Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team
• Skilled in managing workflows, particularly within store and packing operations
• Effective in handling operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks

Lead a team of warehouse operators and supervise all movements of cargo in/out of the warehouse

Oversee all aspects of inventory control efforts including daily cycle count

Ensure export shipment and local orders, including documentation, are delivered accurately and timely

Liaise with customers for all documentation and other operational matters

Monitor warehouse productivity, identify areas of improvement and drive cost control initiatives

Utilize technology and software systems to optimize logistics processes

Requirements:

Degree preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and/or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics

Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Good knowledge of SAP or WMS system

Proficient in MS Office
