• Supervisors help new employees understand their role and transition into the company by providing orientation and explaining policies and job duties.
• Supervisors plan and organize schedules for their team, making sure they operate within deadlines.
• Supervisors oversee the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Assist the manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
• Using active listening skills to understand employee complaints and work with them to find a solution.
• Assist the project manager to manage, oversee and monitor reinstatement activities to ensure design specifications and quality requirements are met.
• Must work on weekends, if requires.
• Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.
• Ensure the allocation of resources as planned and submit daily work progress and manpower forecast report.
• Responsible for general onsite technical and engineering matters.
• Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Ad-hoc assignment as required by the management.

Requirements

* Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role

* Organizational and leadership abilities

* Communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

* Problem-solving skills

* Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.

* Must work on weekends/PH.
