• Able to read technical shop drawings

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing
• Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
• Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
• Working Hours: 5 days, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (Saturday compulsory, 1 off day on weekday & Sunday)
• Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + OT + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain necessary maintenance policies including preventive maintenance program of the facility and its systems and facility-embedded equipment such as autoclaves, fire suppression system, steam generator, pest control, security services/systems, Building Management System (BMS), gas cylinders/pipelines, ACMV/HVAC, chillers, UPS, generator, etc.
• Daily functions and activities in facility management (include building general maintenance work, painting of wall, patching up wall, electrical wiring, etc).
• Respond appropriately to emergencies (utility breakdown/fire/security breaching) as they arise, participate in 24-hour emergency response activities.
• Manage new production line and machinery set up and/or upgrading work to existing production line.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• At least GCE “O” level.

• Possession of Welding Cert would be an advantage.

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate and maintain daily site to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate on-site development by contractors.
• Coordinate for maintenance requests, repairs and inspections. (Such as toilets,lightnings, fire hose reel, roller shutters etc.)
• Assist to review in property-related assignments, updates or any changes in facility operations both owned or leased.
• Maintain purchase orders and approved works.
• Promote positive working relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Addressing feedbacks from client to management for improvements in quality and service standards.
• Assist in preparation of the report as and when required by client.
• Provide administrative support to the management or supervisors when required.
• Ensure facility adheres to safety regulations and compliance standards.

Job Requirements/Skills

• Possess diploma in Estate Management, Property and Facility Management or other related field with at least 3 years of experiences.
• Independent, initiative and good time management.
• High in adaptability and flexibility with positive growth mindset.
• Ability to perform supervising, preparing, organising, storing information in paper and digital.
• Good communication and presentation skills with management and clients.
• Basic computer skills are needed such as managing files, Microsoft words and Excel.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
