What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You:

• At least GCE O Level, A level/Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in Security Industries preferred.
• Positive mindset with strong initiative in continuous improvement is highly valued.
• Good interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office (powerpoint, excel, word).

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects.
• Prepare submission documents based on specifications.
• Coordinate with customers on technical issues, approvals, and schedules.
• Develop and deliver switchboard training materials.
• Compile material lists for switchboard orders.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1year related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.

• Sort, count, verify and pack cash collected, which includes the use of cash sorting machines.
• Sort, count, verify and pack cash to be used for daily requirements.
• Support all logistical needs within the cash processing centre, which includes the retrieval of ATMs’ cassettes and deliveries into and out from the cash vault.

• Seeking a driven team player with strong work ethics including attention to detail.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing, record maintaining and monitoring all incoming invoices, claims and work order or delivery orders
• Perform 3-way match of AP Invoices – verifying and reconciling
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and internal departments
• Performs reconciliation of our AP with our suppliers’ Statement of Accounts
• Perform data entry and cover administrative duties as assigned (for e.g. scanning, photocopying, filing, digitizing of hardcopy documents etc.)
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned and support the Team

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A or O level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Effective team player and able to communicate effectively

• Proficiency/experience in MS Excel, SAGE Accpac or S/4 Hana SAP is preferred.

• Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
• Monitor attendance records of all AETOS employees and provide detailed reports to management.
• Monitor security access control points and basic administration of clearance for persons and vehicles into the system.
• Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare basic reports upon completion of operation.
• Monitor of video analytics CCTV and response in accordance with procedures.
• Perform inbound and outbound calls
• Managing and resolving client’s enquiries
• Any other duties/jobs assigned by supervisor.

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Candidate must possess at least GCE N/ O level.
• Able to speak and write fluent English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depend on roster).
• Relevant training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in reading electrical and ELV schematic diagrams.
• Coordinate with Clients/Sub-Contractors on project and maintenance matters for smooth site execution.
• Review contract specifications and prepare variation orders as required.
• Perform engineering design, load, and fault calculations.
• Resolve technical issues related to installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and standards.
• Attend site meetings to discuss and resolve issues with Clients/Sub-Contractors.
• Assist Project/Site/Construction Manager in monitoring project progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE in Electrical Engineering or equivalents.
• Experienced in project management for industrial and commercial projects.
• MRT project experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of design phases or street lighting work is a plus.
