About the job:

The South East Asia and India MCO (Multi-Country organization) has countries with different growth trajectories. For some of the countries the go to market model has to be improved via digitalization and further transformation with a performance driven approach.

· The PMO is a member of the Vaccines MCO LT (Leadership Team.

· The PMO is a critical role that helps the GM (General Manager) of the MCO and the Vaccines MCO LT effectively manage their priorities, facilitate the governance and act as an interface to connect the dots with their teams and the rest of the organization.

· The PMO role often includes components of strategy, facilitation (enabling leaderships team to work together and getting to decision faster), project management (leading highly important projects in white spaces), and bridges building (connecting the dots within the leadership team and with the rest of the organization).

· The PMO partners closely with both the MCO Leader and its leadership team (LT) on a daily basis to run and monitor transversal priorities and deliver high impact projects.

Role Responsibilities

· Provide strategic, tactical and operational support to initiatives supporting growth and innovation for Pharma or Vaccines GBU in the MCO

· Lead GBU governance and strategic agenda

· Drive transversal projects with the Leadership Team

· Support meetings hosted by GM (GBU Leadership Team, Governance meetings)

· Follow up the meeting outcomes and action items

· Help sustaining the right environment & support for Leadership Team

· Conduct analysis and create presentations to advance GBU agenda

Strategic Context

· Lead, coordinate or support projects and initiatives for business growth and delivering on priorities within GBU and as One Sanofi

About you

Main Requirements

· Experience in Marketing and/or Project Management

· Experience in leading project teams involving different functions is a plus.

· Understanding of the market, competition and future trends, and good understanding of our value chain.

· Ability to take data-driven decisions based on customer needs.

· Ability to manage relationships across various stakeholders

Critical experience required to be successful in the role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administrative aspects of our day-to-day operations within the property
• Establish a professional communication with our co-living residents, including managing tenancy related enquiries, requests, pre-termination and lease transfers
• Manage tenancy related documentations including tenancy agreements, personal information and rental collection particulars of the residents, security deposits and other important documents.
• Upkeep residents' records on our property management system
• Coordinate the monthly invoicing and payment collection from residents.
• Monitor payment arrears and follow-up with the respective residents to ensure payments are made promptly
• Liaise with Finance team on issuing monthly and ad hoc invoices, and security deposit refunds
• Monitor day-to-day functionality of the facilities and liaise with in-house / external team on operational matters when necessary

Key responsibilities:

1. POL Agent Management:

• Collaborate with POL agents to facilitate container bookings and maximize vessel utilization.
• Monitor agent performance and resolve any issues related to booking and operational efficiency.

2. Capacity Management:

• Analyze booking trends and forecasts to ensure optimal vessel capacity.
• Communicate with operations to adjust schedules based on capacity needs.

3. Weekly Service Performance Reporting:

• Prepare and distribute weekly service performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for service enhancement.

4. Operational Follow-up:

• Track ongoing service operation matters and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.

6. Financial Oversight:

• Compile Profit and Loss (P&L) statements once vessels depart from the last port to the Trade department.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Participate in regular meetings with teams to discuss performance, capacity issues, and customer feedback.
