• Expertise in SWIFT interfacing
• Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications

Your role

Are you passionate about delivering real business value by building applications and integrating state of the art 3rd party components?

• oversee the services provided by the Application Delivery team
• lead the development of the Proof-of-Concept, solutions
• provide technical expertise on the development of application software, ensuring the appropriate security & risk factors are considered
• lead Business Analysts and Developers to design and develop software components and to integrate 3rd party software components
• collaborate closely with the Service & Product Managers, Architects and Project Managers
• oversee the third level support to investigate and fix production problems

You'll be working in the Records and Documents Management IT (RDM IT) team in Singapore as part of the organization that is managing the memory of our bank: Not only are we maintaining 40+ archives around the

Your expertise

You have:

• 5 years+ experience in IT engineering and application development
• know-how of agile development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
• experience in integrating 3rd party software into an enterprise environment
• experience in managing globally spread resources and knowing about possibly related cultural aspects
• rational and analytical approach to problem solving, issue investigation and resolution
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
• strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the desire to work as part of a global team
