The Deputy Director of Program Management and Impact will lead the development and implementation of key regional energy transition strategies, working closely with Tara's program directors and partners. Management of Program Leads

• Manage a team of passionate and experienced program leads, including, but not limited to, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Organisational Development, providing them with the right guidance and empowering them to do their best work.

• Develop a forward-looking approach to strategy, analyzing where the region will need to be in five years' time on energy transition and supporting program teams to develop strategies fit for meeting future challenges.

Grant management

• Guidance and advice to partners and prospective partners in the field to ensure activities achieve their intended objectives and results.

• Advise the operations team on specific legal/operational/risk requirements for grantmaking in Bangladesh and Pakistan.
