Job Description.

1. Strong ability to handle pressure and multitask
2. Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with clients
3. Assist in organizing and managing tasks related to the executive’s work and personal affairs
4. Adhoc duties as and when assigned.
5. Writing memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports as needed
6. Keeping the office database and filing system up to date and organized
7. Purchasing office supplies and work with vendors
8. Sorting and delivering all mail
9. Responsible to manage payment schedules and ensure all payments are made on time.
10. Responsible to liaise with clients, customers and closely follow up with the payments.
11. Performing clerical accounting and general office duties
12. Renewal and Application for work passes inclusive of construction workers and engineers
13. Assisting with payroll preparation
14. Update and ensure that all invoices and expenses are reviewed and approved for processing
15. Manage office equipment, supplies and stationery inventory, ensuring timely purchase and replenishments.
16. Replies to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
17. Available to start immediately.

5. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

10. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
11. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
12. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
