This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. To ensure that all systems are in good functioning condition. 3. Contact and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders / vendors on all the service maintenance, repair works and scheduling matters.

5. Conduct bi-weekly night inspection to ensure the functionality of all the building signage and building security lighting.
