Resopnsibilities

• Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operation activities.
• Manage term contractors and lead a team of technical officers and technicians in facilities operation, troubleshooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance works.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in environmental sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management and ESG Performance Management, with a proven track record in compliance audits and water and waste management strategies. Industrial exposure is essential.
• Strong understanding of ESG and sustainability frameworks, greenhouse gas inventories, and familiarization with the principles of a circular economy and water stewardship.
• Track record of delivering successful sustainability and EHS projects across diverse global markets, working with multinational clients to navigate complex regulatory environments and implement sustainable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes.
• Experience as an Internal or Lead Auditor for ISO Management Systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14064; additional external certifications are a plus.
• Experience in working with advanced data analytics tools and digital platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability-related data. Proficient in leveraging digital systems for performance tracking, reporting, and optimization of environmental, social and governance (ESG) metrics.
