Key Responsibilities:

1. Due Diligence Review:

• Conduct operational due diligence on private equity fund managers, their funds and co -investment opportunities by evaluating their operational infrastructure, internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Review and assess the relevance of findings raised in the operational due diligence reports prepared by third party information providers.

2. Ongoing Monitoring:

• Provide support in investigation of marine incidents
• Assist the Group leader in meeting customer needs

• Responsible for the cost-effective maintenance of all vessels and their equipment to ensure safe, delay-free operation and compliance with the flag state administration and applicable class and industrial standards.

• Maintain and upkeep various marine related manuals, drawings, and catalogues from makers and yards.
• Attend shipyard and classification societies during docking to ensure marine and HSSE matters.
• Verify documentation and certifications of new buildings/deliveries.
• Lead the accident/incident investigation related to marine matters such as injury, accidents, cargo troubles etc if required.
• Responsible for junior officer and rating crew interviews, selection, appraisal, and promotion.
• Participate in interviews and makes recommendations regarding new-hires and promotions.
• Monitor vessel performance and ensure follow up action.
• Management of vessel budgets and operating expenditure related to marine matters.
• Prepare OPEX proposals for vessel’s marine related budget.
• Support TSI during dry-dockings and major scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
• Create a partnership with the other departments (Technical, HSQE, crewing etc.) assigned to the same vessels.

· Requirements:

· Minimum 6 months experience as Master or experience for more than 3 years as Senior deck officer

· Valid deck COC holder.

· Knowledge of ISM, MLC 2006, STCW 95, SOLAS 74, MARPOL, PMS

· Knowledge of cargo containment system, cargo handling equipment and systems on board assigned vessels.

· Good knowledge about LNG BOG management and cargo operations

· Good knowledge about cryogenic cargo and related marine machineries.

· Good knowledge about industry BWMS, CII and EEXI requirements

Purpose of Role

The Portfolio Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective tenants to promote the portfolio’s workspace, community and experience of the future. This role is responsible for the tenant prospecting journey, and along with the leasing managers, will facilitate the initial engagement of office and retail tenants. This role is also responsible for establishing strategic relationships with corporates and working with internal departments to deliver corporate and community engagement programs.

• Working with the Customer Experience Manager to promote the portfolio, Bayspace and ByTheBay platform to new portfolio prospects. Data transparency and for tenants will further enhance their understanding of staff engagement and their utilisation of space.

3. People Development

• Develop and leverage internal cross department relationships to deliver community and corporate engagement programs

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
