Vulnerability Management Specialist is an individual role within the Data Security Services team and will be responsible for owning the Vulnerability Management. The individual is supported by platform teams for remediation actions.

Person will be responsible for following (but not limited to) responsibilities in day-to-day work:

• Person will be responsible preparing the Vulnerability Management Plan and the executes plan through all the phases of Vulnerability Management Lifecycle.
• Ensures that the Vulnerability scans are scheduled, configured in tool and are executed as per the schedule. Any failure of scans is to be investigated and schedule to re-run;
• Conducts periodical discovery of IT Assets and ensures that identified assets are highlighted to CMDB owner for appropriate Asset tagging and also onboards the new asset in Vulnerability Management tool;
• Assess the identified vulnerabilities and study & understand the risk profile, impact as per environmental context;
• Participate and coordinate the discussions with Infrastructure and Application teams and advise them the relevance of vulnerability and help them understand the impact;

Qualifications and Profile

• 8 -10 years of IT experience with 4-7 years of IT Security experience and 4+ years of experience in managing Vulnerability Management process for an enterprise.
• Professional Certifications (highly preferred)

-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

- GIAC Enterprise Vulnerability Assessor (GEVA), or any other Vulnerability Management Certification

- CREST certification

• Working & hands-on experience in managing Vulnerability Management process;
• Strong technical understanding and experience assessing vulnerabilities and identifying weaknesses in multiple operating system platforms, networks, database, and application servers.
• Ability to assess vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation planning;

This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

1. Roles and Responsibilities

Consultancy:

• Guide and train clients on the implementation of various standards
• Communicate with clients on project related matters
• Work with project manager to assist and ensure proper and timely implementation of consulting projects’ milestones
• Evaluation of client's existing processes by conducting Gap Analysis and providing recommendations on how to improve them for compliance to ISO 13485:2016, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018 and other relevant standards
• Conducting second and third party audits for clients to prepare them for the certification audit.
• Support the identification of any clients’ internal QMS issues (Feedback and complaints, NCs, Change Control, CAPAs) and propose rectification action
• Coordinate clients’ departments to be prepared for certification audit
• Be present at clients’ certification audit when needed
• Ensure that clients’ processes needed for the Management System (MS) are documented
• Reporting to the clients’ top management on the effectiveness of the MS and any need for improvement
• Ensure that clients’ documents are reviewed and approved by relevant personnel
• Monitor creation of clients’ records and ensure relevant review and approval processes are completed
• To understand the clients’ businesses and nature of the product, and to lead and manage the project through the execution from a Regulatory Strategy, Gap Analysis, Technical Dossier Preparation, Content sufficiency guidance to the Submission and maintenance of communication with the regulatory bodies (Europe MDR/IVDR, United States FDA, Singapore HSA, Japan PMDA, South Korea MFDS etc.) and partners to achieve successful registration of the products in various countries
• Maintenance of client's licence holding activities.

• Assist in the improvement of software features by taking on various projects, supporting the development of Stendard SolutionTM features
• Be part of the exciting team to translate customer feedback and learning into new Stendard SolutionTM software offering/features as continuous innovation and translating that into engineering work.

Business Development:

• Support the Business Development team during lead engagement activities as the technical expert on specific standards
• Communicate with the Business Development team on project progress .

Risk Manager (Operational Risk Management)

We are assisting our client, an established Asian bank, in hiring a Risk Manager specializing in Operational Risk Management (ORM) based in Singapore.

Job Description:

• Perform sanity checks for departmental self-assessments, consolidate reports, and submit findings to the Head Office.
• Coordinate the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) exercise and follow up with stakeholders on new services, systems, and Return-to-Office (RTO) requirements.
• Oversee the completion of Head Office requirements, including identifying the Singapore Branch's systems, data, and files, and liaise with Head Office risk teams to ensure compliance.
• Provide support for queries from regulators, consultants, internal/external auditors, and the Head Office regarding ORM matters.
• Organize Singapore ORM-related meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Review Singapore Branch procedures, facilitate discussions, and secure sign-offs both locally and with the Head Office.
• Address queries from Singapore staff and provide ORM-related advisory services.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking.
• Experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or working with regulators is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
