• Manage and oversees smooth daily operations of the restaurant. Ensure compliance with Standard of Operations
• Manage the restaurant’s budget and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations. Helps implement strategies to continually improve revenue.
• Responsible for the profit & loss of the restaurant and implement appropriate cost control measures
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality and appearance of the restaurant through training of employees whilst maintaining a positive and productive working environment
• Ensure safety, hygiene and cleanliness as required by NEA regulations and company policies. Maintain optimal level of sanitary procedures for all food handling, preparation and in compliance with the standards.
• Review/plan of work to achieve high labour productivity & maintaining efficient labour strength.
• Ensure customer’s needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service as well as resolving potential service failure or feedback with tact and diplomacy.
• Respond to customer complaints in person at the time of the complaint. Provide positive and proactive interaction with clients.
• Drive operational efficiencies of the restaurant by providing operational leadership in support of the organization’s service culture and maximize customer satisfaction.
• To effectively manage a team of kitchen & operations staffs, arrange duty roster, day-to-day operation, to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results.
• Handle restaurant administration duties such as POS system, daily and monthly reports, stock taking, ordering with suppliers, attendance, etc.

Requirement

• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably familiar with hotpot restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge in wine and sake
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure
• Comfortable with handling non-halal food/drinks.

Working Location: Tampines One

Working Hours: 5 Days Per Week (Inclusive of Weekends n PH)

Salary: $4000-$5000/month

Duties

• Take charge of the kitchen and maintain complete control of the kitchen at all times and to command the respect of his or her kitchen staff
• Spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently
• Maximise the productivity of kitchen staff
• Lead, coach and develop station chefs to maximise the productivity of kitchen staff
• Develop and implement innovative food ideas/concept, new or revised menu/recipe items to increase sales
• Coach the kitchen team on effectively managing costs while maintaining the recipe standards, and the cooking and preparation procedures
• Conduct routine inspection and evaluation of work station; including food presentation, quality, food hygiene , kitchen cleanliness and safety
• Participate in checking of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item
• Conduct orientation, training & coach new trainees
• Handle disciplinary issues, conduct Annual review and confirmation of staff
• Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties

Job Description:

• Manage phone calls and attend to walk-in residents
• Maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents/tenants.
• Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room etc. in accordance to standard operating procedures/handbook/by-laws.
• Support the maintenance for office facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of office and estate equipment/facilities when required.
• Establish and maintain a proper filing system (including Google drive) to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
• Carry out regular updates of the content of the notice boards and enotice boards.
• Handle maintenance fee billing to residents, and issue maintenance notice/reminder.
• Assist with MCST accounts for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and petty cash management.
• Assist with the coordination of monthly council meetings and annual general meeting as instructed by the Condominium Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or relevant professional certificate such as LCCI
• Min 2-3 yr working experience in Residential MCST environment
• Hands-on experience and well-versed with Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous and strong organizational skills
• Flair for numbers

About the role: The Day Technician is responsible for overseeing Heat Treatment daily operations, supporting the shift team with grade change maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth day shift operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Heat Treatment unit, ensuring that quality, safety, and production capacity meet the production plan.
• Lead and support GCM transition activities for the HT facility, ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and meet company standards before being handed over to maintenance.
• Communicate operational issues to the maintenance team and collaborate closely with maintenance contractors and coordinators to address them.
• Assist the shift team in various operational tasks, including off-spec PVA blending, chemical loading/unloading, chemical preparation, and GCM cleaning.
• Report to both the shift supervisor and day supervisor to ensure that daily operations are carried out safely and in compliance with requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

About you:

• NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology

• At least 3 years’ working experience as Process Technician in a chemical industry
