Job Description

· Process invoices for verification, monitoring the status of the due dates and undertake the necessary follow-up actions

· Process invoices for certification

· Process manual refund cases and raise Service Requests to Vital for processing of the refund

Job Description:

• Manage projects and renovations for hospitals, medical centers, and related units.
• Track and support preventive maintenance, service contracts, and car park operations.
• Assist with assigned projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
• Solve problems independently and work well with various departments.
• Oversee contractor and vendor schedules to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with colleagues and contractors to maintain equipment and facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Degree in any of these field :
• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
• Facilities Management
• Project Management
• Construction Management
• or a related field
• No need experience , On Job Training Provided ( Pay Range : 3K - 3.4K* )
