Department

The department is Fund Management. This department is primarily responsible for creation of real estate strategies and products, matching them with the right investors and to manage the investments till the end of its life cycle. Designation and Reporting

Scope of Work

Deal Evaluation:

What the role is

Operations Management and Engagement Department (OMED) oversees the day-to-day operations of NEA-managed hawker centres and works with stakeholders such as Town Councils and Hawkers Associations to ensure that the centres are clean and well-maintained.

Gym Tonic:

• Implement Gym Tonic therapy programmes.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications, networks, printers and others
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks including planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades

• Provide technical support including procedural documentation to both users and MIS

Requirements

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of accounting functions. This includes assisting with data entry and ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of financial records. Additionally, the role involves aiding in the preparation of reports and supporting sales reconciliation processes.
